Terms of service
These terms describe the baseline conditions for accessing and using Nexus. Organization-specific agreements take precedence where they apply.

Using Nexus
You must provide accurate account information, protect account credentials and use the service only for lawful organizational activity. Workspace administrators are responsible for managing membership and permissions.
Organization content
Organizations retain responsibility for content submitted to Nexus and must have the rights needed to process that content. Access to third-party integrations is also subject to the provider's terms.
Service availability
Nexus is maintained and improved continuously. Features may change as the platform evolves, and planned or emergency maintenance may temporarily affect availability.
Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted when necessary to protect users, the platform or third parties, or when an account materially violates applicable agreements.
