This notice explains the main categories of information Nexus processes when organizations and their members use the service.
Last updated: 1 August 2026
Information we process
Nexus processes account details, workspace content, product activity, technical logs and information submitted through connected services. Workspace administrators determine the content their organization adds to Nexus.
Why we process it
Information is used to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, operate requested features, respond to support requests, diagnose reliability issues and meet applicable legal obligations.
Service providers and retention
Infrastructure and integration providers process limited information where necessary to deliver their services. Information is retained according to operational, contractual and legal requirements, then deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required.
Public-site analytics
Optional first-party analytics are disabled until a visitor allows them. When enabled, Nexus records an anonymous browser identifier, requested public path, referring host, campaign parameters and selected product area. Nexus does not store the visitor's raw IP address in conversion events, does not load advertising trackers, and deletes these events automatically after approximately thirteen months. A visitor may decline analytics without affecting core product access.
Your choices
Users may update profile information through Nexus. Requests concerning access, correction or deletion should identify the relevant organization and account.
